Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Items can be returned as long as they are unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached and in their original condition.

To start a return: email contact@archivegirls.store with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the same payment method you used.
